Our Refund Policy
All sales are final.
If you subscribe and change your mind, your initial box will be your only box, unless you decide to resubscribe. If you purchased a 3, 6 or 12 month package and cancel mid-receipt, you will still receive your remaining boxes but your subscription will not renew. We do not issue partial refunds.
Received Damaged Goods.
If an item arrives broken, contact email@example.com with 1-2 pics of the damaged or broken good(s) and we'll ship a replacement within 2 business days. If an item arrives missing give us a shout at the same email address and we'll take care of ya! Receiving broken or missing items doesn't warrant a full refund.
You'll receive a renewal reminder 2 days, and another reminder 12 hours before your subscription renews. Cancellation requests after business hours (5pm EST) the day before your renewal will not be processed as it will not be seen until the next business day. If you do not cancel or request cancellation after the two reminders or before 5pm EST the day before, the processed renewal will be your last.
No Commitment Boxes.
No Commitment boxes are deeply-discounted (25% off) overstock edits of a mixture of goodies from previous boxes. There is no guarantee the spoiler item for any particular month will be included. Refunds are not issued based on what was seen on YouTube unboxings or social media posts - as No Commitment boxes are not themed subscription boxes.
Our Shipping Policy
ALL subscription boxes have a cutoff date, ours is the 15th (i.e. March 3rd guarantees an April box; March 23rd guarantees a May box. If we have extra inventory you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation on the 25th of the month (and your 2nd box will renew on the last day of the current month). Example: You subscribe March 22nd, we have extra March boxes; so, your first box will ship March 25th and your April box will renew March 31st. If you do not want the current months box, please give us a shout at firstname.lastname@example.org so we'll remove your name from the overstock list.
If you signed up after the deadline and do not receive a shipping confirmation by the 25th boxes completely sold out and you're all set for the following month.
Boxes ship every Tuesday-Thursday beginning the first full week of the month (first Sunday-Sunday week). You'll always receive a shipping confirmation when your box is on the way. If you submitted a late survey, your box will be delayed.
If you're located in the USA, packages take 3-7 business days to arrive after receiving your shipping confirmation. Tracking information typically takes up to 36 hours to update.
International orders can take anywhere between 7-21+ business days (sometimes longer depending on your country and customs regulation) to arrive after receiving your shipping confirmation. Tracking information typically takes up to 36 hours to update.
Shipping is $6.95 US Shipping per box, $9.95 non-continental US shipping per box via USPS Priority Mail.
Canada shipping is $18.95 per box, $24.95 per box to Australia and the UK via USPS International Priority Mail.
First Period Boxes and Happy Mail Shop orders ship within 10 business days after ordering and ship USPS Priority Mail. USA packages take 3-7 business days to arrive after receiving your shipping confirmation. International orders can take anywhere between 7-21+ business days (sometimes longer depending on your country and customs regulation) to arrive after receiving your shipping confirmation.
