Our Shipping Policy

ALL subscription boxes have a cutoff date, ours is the 15th. You must have subscribed by the 15th of last month to guarantee this months box.  Example:  August 3rd = September box... August 16th = October box. 


To ensure you receive your essentials in time, here's how our shipping works...

1st week shipping = the 1st full Sunday-Saturday of the month. Boxes ship Wednesday-Saturday. If you subscribe to a period box, this week is best if your period typically starts around the MIDDLE of the month. Lifestyle and Teen boxes do not ship the 1st week of the month - only adult period boxes ship this week.Your subscription renews on the 15th of the month, until canceled.


2nd week shipping = the 2nd full Sunday-Saturday of the month. Boxes ship Wednesday-Saturday. If you subscribe to a period box, this week is best if your period typically starts around the END of the month Adult period + lifestyle and teen boxes ship this week.  Your subscription renews on the 20th of the month, until canceled.


3rd week shipping = the 3rd full Sunday-Saturday week of the month. Boxes ship Wednesday-Saturday. If you subscribe to a period box, this is best if your period typically starts around the very BEGINNING of the month. Adult Period + Lifestyle and Teen boxes ship this week. Your subscription renews on the 25th of the month, until canceled.


If you're located in the USA, packages take 3-7 business days to arrive after receiving your shipping confirmation. Tracking information typically takes up to 24 hours to update. 


International orders can take anywhere between 7-21+ business days (sometimes longer depending on your country and customs regulation) to arrive after receiving your shipping confirmation. Tracking information typically takes up to 36 hours to update. 


Shipping is $6.95 US shipping per box, $11.95 non-continental US shipping per box via USPS Priority Mail. 

Canada shipping is $18.95 per box, $24.95 per box to Australia and the UK via USPS International Priority Mail.


First Period Boxes ship the 20th of each month. Happy Mail Shop orders ship within 5 business days; both are shipped USPS Priority Mail. USA packages take 3-7 business days to arrive after receiving your shipping confirmation. International orders can take anywhere between 7-21+ business days (sometimes longer depending on your country and customs regulation) to arrive after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Our Refund Policy

All sales are final. 

If you subscribe and change your mind, if something comes up for you personally you're more than welcome to cancel your subscription - no questions asked. Your initial box will be your only box. If you purchased a 3, 6 or 12 month package and cancel mid-receipt, you will still receive your remaining boxes but your subscription will not renew - you will not receive a partial refund. 


Received Damaged Goods. 

If an item arrives broken, contact support@mydotboxx.com including an image of the damaged or broken good(s). We'll ship a replacement within 2 business days. If an item arrives missing give us a shout at the same email address and we'll take care of ya! Receiving broken or missing items doesn't warrant a full or partial refund for your box.  


Renewals. 

Boxes renew at 6am EST on your selected renewal day. You'll receive a renewal reminder 2 days before, a reminder at noon in our Facebook group the day of, and a final reminder 7pm EST the evening before - a total of 3 reminders.  If you cannot log into your account please contact us to cancel or skip your renewal before 5pm EST the day before.  If you do not cancel or request cancellation after the 3 reminders and wish to cancel, that processed renewal will be your last.  We do not refund renewals because your subscription was not cancelled or skipped in time.
